Mother charged in toddlers death

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WMAR) -  

Annapolis Police have charged a 25-year-old woman with the death of her 2-year-old daughter. 
 
Police charged Chelsea Booth in the death of her daughter Kassidey Capri Booth today. 
 
A concerned citizen contacted police yesterday about Kassidey, whom the citizen had not seen in several days. 
 
Police have learned that Chelsea killed the 2-year-old and put her body in a dumpster. 
 
Chelsea Booth has been charged with first and second degree murder and first degree child abuse resulting in death. 
 
She is being held without bail.
