ANNAPOLIS, Md - Annapolis Police arrested a man Sunday after he punched a bicyclist in the face and went through his pockets.
Police say Jason Edmonds grabbed and held the man's bike in the 1600 block of Forest Drive just after 6 pm.
They say Edmonds punched the man in the face after stopping him and went through his pockets. He took off after witnesses in the area tried to intervene.
Police arrested Edmonds shortly after the incident and witnesses identified him. Edmonds is facing robbery, second degree assault and other related charges.
