Man stabbed after fight in Lothian

LOTHIAN, Md. - A fight in Anne Arundel County over the weekend left a 50-year-old man hospitalized.

Police say the incident started as a fight in the 5400 block of Sands Road in Lothian.  According to police, Jerome Waters Sr. and the victim knew each other before the fight, that ended with the victim stabbed multiple times.

Someone drove the victim to a local ambulance service after the fight, and he was then taken to Prince George's County Trauma Center for treatment.

Waters is charged with attempted murder and assault.
