GLEN BURNIE, Md. (WMAR) -

Anne Arundel County Police have arrested and charged Carroll Leon Johnson with the death of 31-year-old Sir Keith English Queen Jones.

On December 30, at about 5:20 p.m., officers found Jones on the ground in a parking lot of Dietrich's Tavern suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper and lower torso. Jones later died of his injuries.
