Man charged in 13-year-old's rape

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WMAR) - Annapolis Police have charged a 34-year-old man in connection with a rape of a 13-year-old girl.
On June 16, the parents of the teen reported that their daughter was raped by an acquaintance while at his house.
Alexander Lara was arrested and charged with second degree rape, second and third degree sexual assault and second degree assault.
Lara is being held on a $2,000,000.00 bail.
