LAUREL, Md. - Two men forced their way into a Laurel woman's home, knocking her to the ground, before they robbed her, according to a release from Anne Arundel County police.
Police said the 60-year-old woman living on North Gail Street in Laurel responded to a noise she heard at her front door a little after 10 p.m. Thursday.
Suddenly, two men forced their way into her home. They knocked her to ground and proceed to ransacked her house. The woman told police that the two men were armed, although the type weapon is unknown.
The two men took the woman's property, although police did not specify exactly what was stolen.
Investigators do not know if the incident was random or targeted at this time.
A description of the suspects has not yet been developed.
