ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Annapolis Police made a speedy arrest Friday night of a man charged with a triple stabbing Friday afternoon.  

Police nabbed Marcus Freeman, 25, at around 8:15pm about five hours after he stabbed two men and woman in an Annapolis apartment in the 700 block of Newtowne Drive.

One male victim, age 20, was stabbed in the chest and was taken to Prince Georges Trauma Center.  An 18-year-old woman who was stabbed in the leg was taken to an area hospital. The third victim, identified only as an 18-year-old man, transported himself to an area hospital for treatment of a stab wound to his leg.   All victims suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Freeman is charged with multiple crimes including one count of Attempted 2nd Degree Murder and three counts of 1st Degree Assault. He is currently being held at the Anne Arundel County Detention Center on $1,250,000 bond.
