Columbia man caught with his pants down

GLEN BURNIE, Md. (WMAR) - Anne Arundel County Police have arrested a man who they say was caught with his pants down.
Officers responded to Sawmill Creek Park in the 300 block of Dorsey Road at about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday for reports of an indecent exposure.
While en route, officers were advised that a witness saw a man performing lewd acts inside of a Chevrolet work van.
Officers arrived to see Gary Wikstrom, 57, in the driver's sear of the vehicle with his pants unzipped and his genitalia in plain view. As a result, officers charged Wikstrom with indecent exposure.
In addition, a camera and and iPad were confiscated from the vehicle for police review.
