Justin Mulcahy, a spokesman for the police department says, "witness reported seeing an individual acting a little strange in front of the school area, possible even performing a lewd act."
Police released these pictures of someone they believe might have been that person.
County police got the complaints around a quarter to 6 yesterday evening.
"It was after hours. It's my understanding there was some non-school related activities. There were some community sports activities happen in the rear of the school."
Even though this happened after school hours, it still has some community members concerned.
"You have no idea how long he may have been hanging around. He could have been there when the kids were in school."
County police have a new initiative called operation Kotter that will deal with situations like this.
"It's two fold. It targets both traffic and nuisance activity around schools, school property and communities around schools, this is county wide."
"We are looking at activities such as loitering, drug activity, vandalism. Really quality of life issues."
Police also have a video besides these still pictures and are looking for help from anyone who may know this person.
