ANNAPOLIS, Md. - A paver, who scammed victims out of hundreds of thousands of dollars, reached a plea deal in court Tuesday.

Tommy Clack entered a guilty plea on charges he acted as a contractor without a license and selling home improvement without a license.  As part of the deal, all other pending cases in Anne Arundel County will be dropped.

Clack faces two years in prison when he sentenced at a later date.

As part of the deal, Clack's victims will receive a share of a $70,000 restitution.   Victims will also get the chance to
