67 cats rescued in animal hoarding case in Severna Park

SEVERNA PARK, Md. - Anne Arundel County Animal Control say they found 67 cats in deplorable conditions. The cats were taken from the Cool Cats Rescue Center on Benfield Road in a raid Wednesday morning.
Animal Control say they've received numerous complaints about the health of pets at the facility.
Many of the 67 cats were found with several medical conditions. Animal Control officers say they also found two dead cats inside the building.
