Mortgage rates hit record low

There is more proof it is a buyers market when it comes to homes.

Mortgage rates fell again to a new record low this week.

The average 30 year, fixed-rate mortgage is down to 3.49%.

15 year rates are even better, at only 2.73%.

Economists say the lower rates not only help home buyers, but also home owners who refinance.
