Milk prices could double without farm bill

It's something many of us have in the fridge right now. Milk.

Milk is a staple in many households-- and prices could go up--even double soon. Democratic Senator Chuck Schumer says Congress went on its five week election break-- without passing a farm bill.

Republican leaders in the House of Representatives say they would not take action on the new farm bill until after the November elections.

Senator Schumer says not passing the farm bill could really hurt families.
