BALTIMORE - It can be frustrating to hear that you need experience, but it' not impossible to get what you want in a job.
20-year management veteran Wendy Powell joined Charley on Good Morning Maryland @ 9 on Friday to talk about her book "Management Experience Acquired."
Wendy's points of emphasis included evaulating yourself, staying current, do your homework, find a role model, and donating your time.
