Drafted, negotiated, and facilitated the execution of contracts between Legg Mason and its vendors and affiliates. Examples of the types of contracts I worked on include: professional service agreements, software and technology licensing, maintenance, and support agreements, confidentiality agreements, purchasing agreements, etc.
