INDIANAPOLIS - How's this for a job: all the vacation you want, work for as long you like and however often you want to show up.

It's not some slacker's fantasy, but the policy at the SmallBox Web marketing agency.

CEO Jeb Banner says he wants his employees to be free.

SmallBox Design Director Lydia Whitehead is taking advantage of the unlimited time-off policy -- but not abusing it.

She works 32 hours a week, so she can pursue a master's degree.

She tells the Indianapolis Business Journal everyone works together to make sure the job gets done.
