More American workers aren't taking all their vacation days

BALTIMORE - With the job market tight, more than half of U.S. workers aren't taking all their vacation days.

A study finds they're leaving an average of 11 days unused. More than a third say they're either nervous about asking for the time off, or feel guilty.
