BALTIMORE - The Maryland SPCA's Aileen Gabby gave the following tips to keep your pets safe this Easter:

  • Keep the chocolate (and aluminum foil it comes in) out of the reach of your pets
  • Don't use stringy grass in your Easter baskets. Pets are easily attracted to it and can eat it easily. Use tissue paper instead.
  • Buy stuffed animals for your children, not live ones

Gabbey also brought Bear to visit ABC2 on Friday morning.  If you'd like to adopt Bear, or another pet please call (410) 235-8826 ext 175.
