The recipe is provided below:
Ginger BBQ Shrimp
(2 to 4 portions)
5T olive oil
½ C chopped onions
5T minced garlic
¼ lemongrass stalk
¼ cilantro (bunch)
¼ C lime juice
¼ C sliced ginger
¼ C green onion
7ea bay leaves
¼ C lemon juice
5 C water
1C Worcestershire sauce
1C soy sauce
½ bot ginger beer
1 lb shrimp heads
¼ T creole spice
½ lb Whole Shrimp
1C cream
¼ lb butter
