Sunflower seeds----High in Vitamin E
Almonds-----loaded with Biotin & B vitamins
Greek Yogurt------High in protein, great for hair and nails
Pink Salmon....salmon in general is has Omega 3s, helps in healing
Quinoa....cooks like a grain, but it is a seed----has manganese & copper.
Rebecca reminded everyone to add a variety of fruits & vegetables to their daily meals.
