BALTIMORE - No boots, no scarves, no problem! Beginning Friday, Nov. 25, Kennedy Krieger Institute will deck the halls of the Maryland State Fairgrounds in holiday style for the annual Festival of Trees .
A family tradition since 1990 and the largest holiday event on the East Coast, this year’s Festival of Trees will feature a forest of more than 600 decorated trees, wreaths and gingerbread houses.
Additionally, Festival of Trees will feature more than 100 gift boutiques and a silent auction, making it the best place to kick-start your holiday shopping season.
Lainy LeBow-Sachs with Kennedy Krieger Institute and 2011 Festival of Trees Ambassador Rafael Marrow joined Charley and Sherrie on Good Morning Maryland to talk about the festival.
