BALTIMORE - A new study says coffee’s effect may all be in your head.

People were given coffee they thought contained caffeine, but it was actually decaf.

Even so, researchers noticed an improvement in their performance and mood.

Even some did better on mental tests than those who drank caffeinated coffee.
