Despite Sandy, Halloween continues

BALTIMORE - It's Halloween and Americans are still in the spirit and are willing to spend more this year on decorations, costumes, and candy.

An estimated $8 billion will be spent on Halloween, according to researchers, and despite Sandy, trick-or-treating in many neighborhoods around here is still on.
