WASHINGTON - Today D.C. public school School Without Walls students faculty and supporters will march to the White House to call for justice for Trayvon Martin.

Trayvon Martin's parents are expected to make an appearance today on Capitol Hill.

We've also learned that Martin's mother has moved to trademark slogans that have been popularized in the outcry over his killing.

Sybrina Fulton wants to trademark two slogans -- Justice for Trayvon and  I am Trayvon. Her attorney says the move was not intended to reap a profit.

The teenager's death has sparked a national outcry. It's been a month since the 17-year-old was shot and killed in Sanford, Florida.

His killer, neighborhood watch captain George Zimmerman has not been charged.

Zimmerman claims self defense saying the teen was the aggressor.
