Man in Ocean City gets more than 60 parking tickets while driving on rims

OCEAN CITY, Md. - Michael Keith Hall nearly got a whole book of traffic citations. Police in Ocean City, Maryland, gave him more than 60 tickets and charged him with drunken driving.
Police say he got into a host of crashes while driving his truck on its rims. Officers say he made several threats and admitted he had been drinking. Officers add they also found a rifle and several knives in his truck.
