UPPER MARLBORO, Md. - Prince George's County Corporal Donald Taylor is facing multiple criminal counts in the pistol-whipping of a local man outside a store last February in Brentwood, that was captured by a video surveillance camera.

The video appears to show Taylor approaching Ryan Dorm, 19, from behind and striking him in the face with his gun, A flash on impact appears to be the gun discharging. Police said the officer lied about the events, claiming that Dorm reached for his weapon.
