War of words with legendary pop singers

NEW YORK, NY - Elton John is causing more tension in his on again, off again feud with Madonna.

In an interview with Australian television, John declared Madonna's career over and said she looked like a "fairground stripper."

John was a bit of a sore loser after Madonna won the golden globe for best original song. He's criticized her in the past for lip syncing.
