LONDON (AP) -- Prince William and Kate Middleton have slipped into a routine in the week after their lavish wedding.
William returned to work as helicopter rescue pilot for the military and the Defense Ministry says he took part in two operations since coming back.
The military says William was one of a four-man crew operating the Royal Air Force Sea King which airlifted a 70-year-old man with a suspected heart problem to a hospital Wednesday. Later, the helicopter rescued four hikers after one of them experienced vertigo.
Middleton, now known as the Duchess of Cambridge, has been out doing the couple's shopping. Front page photographs published on British tabloid websites Thursday showed her pushing a cart at an upscale grocery store in north Wales where the couple lives.
