Tamera Mowry-Housley: It's gonna be a boy!

NEW YORK - If you're planning to give Tamera Mowry a baby gift, think in terms of something blue.

She says it's going to be a boy.

She gives away the sex of the baby in a chat with In Touch magazine.

The reality TV star is five months pregnant -- and now that she knows the sex, she has begun planning a sports theme for the nursery.

Tamera says she has been practicing her diaper changing because twin sister Tia already has a son.

Hopefully, as mothers of sons know, she remembers not to leave the little guy uncovered while changing him -- or risk getting a free shower.
