Miami, Fl. - The attorney for Marion "Suge" Knight says the rap mogul plans to appeal a judge's decision that dismissed his lawsuit against Kanye West.
Knight was shot in the leg in 2005 at a Miami Beach party hosted by West, and Knight blames West for lax
security.
His lawsuit is seeking more than $1 million in damages from West.
