NEW YORK -
A New Jersey man has filed a suit against Dr. Oz and Oprah Winfrey’s company, Harpo, over what he believes is bad medical advice.
Frank Dietl says he was watching the popular show and tried the trick Dr. Oz recommended to help people fall asleep.
It was to heat up a pair of socks full of rice and put them on.
Dietl says he ended up with badly burned feet.
A rep for the Dr. Oz Show says they have not been served with a complaint yet and can’t comment.
