Look for Janet Jackson to team up again with Tyler Perry. She will be among the stars of "For Colored Girls." Jackson plays "Red" in the film, is based on Ntozake Shange's 1975 Tony Award-nominated play, "For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow Is
Enuf."
Jackson says she is "finally living my dream of acting" by being in so many films. She says while her dad always wanted her to be a singer, she longed to be an actress. She started out playing Penny back in the day in the TV sitcom "Good Times" --which is still being shown in reruns in many places.
