The tickets were free so getting your hands on one was quite a challenge.
The Virgin Mobile Freefest at Merriweather Post Pavilion quickly ran out of all its tickets when they were made available in July, but now there are a few hundred up for grabs. But there's a catch.
To get your hands on one of the 320 tickets left you need to donate a hygiene kit to benefit homeless youth in the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. area.
On Saturday September 18, eight area colleges will participate in this event. The first 40 people to drop off 5 hygiene kits at select locations will get a ticket to the show.
Click the link on the left for exact locations and when you can drop off kits. You will also find information about what you should include in those kits.
This year, the festival is at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia and it features Ludicrous, T.I. Jimmy Eat World, and Joan Jett.
