Rapper WIZ KHALIFA's $1 million lawsuit against a concert promotion company has been dismissed by a judge.
The Black And Yellow hitmaker sued It's My Party, Inc. claiming bosses axed his performance in Washington, D.C. last December (12) at the last minute and failed to hand over an agreed $85,000 fee.
The hip-hop star alleged the cancellation damaged his reputation, but lawyers for It's My Party insisted the deal was never finalized as Khalifa did not sign a contract.
A judge sided with the promoters and has thrown out the case, reports TMZ.com.
