Country star RANDY HOUSER is set to resume his tour in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on Friday (22Feb13) after illness forced him to cancel a concert in Utah earlier this week (begs18Feb13).
The Anything Goes hitmaker, who has played 20 gigs in the past 25 days, visited a local medical facility on Tuesday (19Feb13) to seek treatment for his illness, and was instructed by doctors to take some time off to rest, according to local publication The Salt Lake City Tribune.
As a result, Houser decided to scrap his scheduled performance at the Outlaw Saloon in Ogden the following night (20Feb13).
The 36 year old has since bounced back from the ailment, and on Friday he took to his Twitter.com account to thank fans for their well wishes.
He tweeted, "Hey y'all I'm fine!! Just needed to slow down for a couple days. I'm in Pittsburgh and doing a show here tonight. I really appreciate ur (your) prayers and concerns. Thank U all sooo much (sic)."
