LeAnn Rimes sends condolences to ex-husband Dean Sheremet after grandma's death

Singer LeANN RIMES reached out to her ex-husband DEAN SHEREMET on Wednesday (13Jun12) to offer her condolences following the death of his beloved grandmother.

The Blue star cheated on Sheremet when she met and fell in love with actor and now-husband Eddie Cibrian while working on a TV movie in 2009, but the former couple has since patched up its differences and Rimes was saddened to hear about the death in his family.

Dancer-turned-chef Sheremet posted a photo in memory of his grandma on his Twitter.com page, and the news prompted Rimes to send him a message of support.

She tweeted, "Dean Sheremet I'm so sorry. She looks so beautiful here, always did. Surreal, I hope you are ok. I can't imagine."

Replying to Rimes' kind words, he replied, "Thanks Le, she loved you. Your condolences mean a lot."

Rimes divorced Sheremet in 2010 and went on to wed Cibrian last year (11).
