GLEE star MARK SALLING has stepped up a legal battle with a former lover by accusing her of scratching his car after she found him in bed with another woman.
Roxanne Gorzela sued the actor for sexual battery in January (13) over allegations he forced her to have unprotected sex in 2011. The former Playboy pin-up had allegedly agreed to go to bed with the star, but only if he used a condom.
In her lawsuit, the model claimed she returned to Salling's home weeks later to confront him but they became embroiled in a bust-up when she found him in bed with another woman, and she alleges he pushed her to the ground.
Salling has now hit back in his own legal documents, in which he claims Gorzela entered his house without permission and struck him on the chest, arms and face.
In his complaint, obtained by TMZ.com, Salling also accuses his former lover of using various items to scratch his car, causing "substantial" damage.
The star is suing for trespassing as well as assault and battery, and demanding unspecified damages.
The 30-year-old hunk, who plays bad boy Puck on Glee, previously spoke out about the case, admitting he was eager to take the matter to court in a bid to clear his name.
He said, "You hear about fraudulent lawsuits all the time and until it happens to you, you really don't grasp what it does to not just you, but to your family, and you want the legal process to start as soon as possible but it just takes time... I just want the chance to defend myself and I will, vigorously."
