Chloe Grace Moretz celebrates 16th birthday with star-studded bash

Stars including JULIANNE MOORE and SARAH HYLAND turned out on Thursday (07Feb13) to help teen actress CHLOE GRACE MORETZ celebrate her 16th birthday in New York.
The Kick Ass star rang in the milestone at a branch of fashion store Aeropostale during the Sweet 16 Teen Vogue Birthday Party thrown by the magazine in joint honor of its 10th anniversary and Moretz's special day.
The actress, who turns 16 on Sunday (10Feb13), was presented with a towering three-tier pink and silver birthday cake and was seen partying with her Carrie co-stars Moore and Ansel Elgort, actress Victoria Justice and British singer Kate Nash.
Moretz took to her Twitter.com page to share a snap of the event, alongside the message, "So happy (Julianne Moore) came to my birthday! Meant so much to me thank you Julie!... Thank you SO much (Teen Vogue) and (Aeropostale) for this amazing birthday and everyone who came and supported."
