Betty White is turning 90, and NBC is throwing a party! TV Guide reports that the "Golden Girl's" birthday bash will be aired as a special in mid-January.
The senior star's "dinner-style" celebration will air right around her January 17 birthday.
Betty's current and past co-stars are expected to offer tributes during the event. In addition to actors from "The Mary Tyler Moore Show" and "Hot in Cleveland," NBC funny ladies are also expected to provide send-ups.
As an added treat, White's current TV Land show "Hot in Cleveland" will air a special episode centered on her character Elka Ostrovsky's birthday.
Don't expect the beloved icon to slow down in her 90s: Betty is set to host an upcoming NBC reality show called "Off Their Rockers," in addition to starring in her TV Land series.
The upcoming show (which doesn't currently have a premiere date) features senior citizens pranking youngsters.
