BALTIMORE - Your kids can't get enough of the "Shrek" movies and admit it, you love them, too!

"Shrek" has hit the stage here in Baltimore from now until April 3rd with "Shrek the Musical" at the Hippodrome Theatre and it isn't a show just for the kids... or just for adults... but for the entire family.

Thursday on Good Morning Maryland @ 9, Alan Mingo, Jr. - also known as "Donkey" - talked about the show and why he has fun every night he takes to the stage. He talked about how kids from the front row to the back are enjoying the show for one reason and their parents or other adults are thrilled with the show for others.

Mingo also talked about the comparisons between the movie and the show and why the musical allows them to bring out more of the story like when Shrek, Fiona, and others are much younger.
