In London last year, it attracted over 7,000 people.
This year in Baltimore it attracted about 2,700 people and over a dozen high schools on field trips.
The Women of the World festival is a women's activist event where women from all over come to watch, learn, and listen to the vast amount of speakers and activities set up.
The festival this year was being run by the BSO(Baltimore Symphony Orchestra) and was being held at the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall.
Run by Jude Kelly and BSO conductor Marin Alsop, the festival flourished in Baltimore and kept the popularity of WOW in full bloom.
Next year, The WOW festival plans on staying in Baltimore, but also setting up camp in Brisbane, Australia and Mumbai, India.
