In April of 2011 I took over the health beat here at ABC2 News.  It’s great getting to see, firsthand, all the good our area hospitals are doing to help keep us healthier and living longer.  We are all so lucky to have these great institutions right in your backyard.

I grew up in Severna Park and went to the University of Maryland, College Park.  I started as a reporter in Hagerstown and then moved north of the Maryland border to work in the York/Harrisburg/Lancaster market. 

Thankfully I’ve made my way back home, as a reporter at ABC2.  You can see me every morning on Good Morning Maryland.  Plus health reports every Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm.

When I’m not reporting I love spending time with my husband and two children.  I love to discover new places to satisfy my appetite.  I’m a huge fan of Korean cuisine and of course hot steamed crabs seasoned with Old Bay!
