Do you have a food allergy? It turns out that 8% of children and 2% of adults actually suffer from food allergies. Itching, sneezing, nausea, shortness or breath, coughing, and many other symptoms can occur within minutes of a ingesting or sometimes just touching food they are allergic to.

On Good Morning Maryland @ 9, Dr. Robert Wood from Johns Hopkins Children's Center explained some reactions can have severe or even deadly.
