Natural egg dyes are without the chemicals found in commercial dyes you find in the store. Egg dyes can be made with some items you may have just lying around your home- all you have to do is add a solution like vinegar to some of these.
On Good Morning Maryland @ 9, Jessie Green from the Irvine Nature Center explained how to dye eggs with curry, beets, blueberry, yellow onion skins, red onion skins and paprika.
To learn more about how to dye eggs with things you can find in nature, come out to the Natural Egg Dyeing Program at the Irvine Nature Center this Saturday, from 2 to 3 p.m.
