If you believe you are what you eat, then
if you write what you eat you just might shed pounds. That's
the finding of a study by the Kaiser Permanente Center for Health
Research.
Dieters who wrote down what they ate in a food journal
doubled the weight loss of people who did not keep a food
diary. The people who participated in the study said keeping
the diary required discipline, but the weight loss made it
worthwhile.
