The Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene says two more people died from the swine flu. Both lived in the Baltimore area, but officials aren't releasing anymore details about the victims.
These deaths are the 11th and 12th in Maryland related to the swine flu virus.
Health officials say Maryland is one of 46 states with widespread swine flu activity.
Symptoms of influenza include fever, cough, and sore throat. Additional symptoms may include chills, headache, fatigue, vomiting, diarrhea or shortness of breath.
