Towson Golfer Continues to Inspire

He continues to inspire all who meet him. Towson resident Vincent Biser, who won the North American One-Armed Golfer Association Championship in Florida, spoke to children at Hamilton Elementary/Middle School today. 

He answered questions about his performance, awards and career. Children had a chance to practice and learn from the champion, who wasn't too shy to show off his skills in front of the classroom. Baltimore County celebrated Biser's accomplishment on September 18.
