He's probably the best golfer to ever swing a club, but what he does on an off day is drawing criticism. In a recent article by ESPN The Magazine writer, Rick Reilly, the world's number one ranked golfer is being "called out."

Reilly wrote that "It's disrespectful to the game, and to those he plays with." Reilly's reports does point out that Woods is for the most part an "A-Plus" role model, but he's calling on Tiger to tame the "F-bombs" on the course.

The point is that Tiger is being PAID $$$ to represent these companies. As great a player as he is and how much money he donates and or raises does not excuse his bad mouth and poor manners. It does not show our kids how a professional should act. McEnroe was warned and penalized when he ran his mouth but nobody has the stones to say anything to Tiger.

Who cares. Every athlete gets frustrated. Remember John McEnroe? I don't think his court antic's influenced anyone one way or another whether or not they would play tennis. What about pro football? Baseball? If we're going to point out profanity and temper tantrums among athletes, let's include all pro sports. They're payed to play hard, not watch their language. If viewers don't like it...turn it off.

Tiger has the right to drop as many F bombs while playing as he wants. Why critices Tiger, when you have Daly drinking/smoking while playing. Voicing your displeasure while playing is natural to great/good athletics. When watching baseball watch the players after they strike out or make a bad play. And their comments can be heard by people sitting close by. Same with football/basketball players. So get a life.
