President-Elect Barack Obama's Whistle Stop Train Trip from Philadelphia to Washington, D.C. will bring the next President of the United State to Baltimore. Already, roads are being closed, security is getting tighter in many areas, and people are starting to arrive for their chance to see and hear Obama speak at the War Memorial Plaza in Downtown Baltimore.
