Baltimore Mayor Sheila Dixon tries to get back to business as usual for the city.  On Friday a Grand Jury handed up a 12 count indictment with perjury, theft, fraud and misconduct.

On Monday some observers are questioning whether Mayor Dixon can govern effectively now that she has been indicted.  A conviction on any one of the 12 counts would be enough to remove her from office.

It was back to work for Mayor Dixon on Monday.  She is announcing the opening of two pools at City High Schools.

The Mayor's arraignment is scheduled for February 3rd at Mitchell Courthouse in Baltimore.
